The MALL OF FLUVANNA is intended to provide users with an easy and convenient place to shop and save money online.

MALL OF FLUVANNA software collects limited information on users such as page visits, link usage, and purchase totals to determine what stores are most popular and shopped, as well as fees due to the mall by the individual merchants.   While information on products shopped and purchased is collected, no shopping information can or will be traced to any individual shopper by the mall!

Additional information is gathered from the use of voluntary polls to improve the site, but again is not traced to individual users.

E-Mail may be sent by this site to shoppers whose e-mail address has been obtained from off-site sources , or to users who have voluntarily furnished an e-mail address to the site, or have requested  mall newsletters (which we highly recommend to save you money!)  E-mail addresses obtained by the MALL OF FLUVANNA are never resold or furnished to anyone outside the site, including mall merchants, except as required by law.

The MALL OF FLUVANNA is especially concerned with the privacy and safety of children under 18.  We ask that a parent/guardian supervise all shopping, and insist that children under 18 not furnish personal information to the mall.  Any personal information determined to be from shoppers under 18 will be automatically deleted.

The MALL OF FLUVANNA appreciates your visits and business, and makes every attempt to show that appreciation by respecting your privacy.

The MALL OF FLUVANNA may from time to time make changes to this privacy policy, as conditions warrant.  A link to such changes will be posted on the home page at least 10 days before such change will take effect, unless required by law.

Each individual merchant in the MALL OF FLUVANNA has their own individual privacy policy, which may or may not be in the same spirit as MALL OF FLUVANNA policy. It is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED that you check and read each merchant's privacy policy before purchasing from them. By using each merchant's site, you are subject to their individual policies.
